What you pay for

You only pay when a door is inspected.

On Pay-As-You-Go, a scan is one thing: a completed inspection. Everything else on the platform is free, including the work that puts a failed door right. On our other plans you are not billed per scan at all.

A scan is

An initial survey or a routine inspection, finished and submitted from the engineer app.

One completed inspection is one scan, however many issues it finds. Putting those issues right costs nothing to record. If an inspection is started but never submitted, it never reaches us, so there is nothing to charge.

Price a door for the year
Only inspections are charged, so every door has a known cost before the year starts.

A door checked quarterly is four scans a year, and that is the whole bill. Reports, downloads, registrations and remedial work are free, however many a door needs. Extra reports for an audit or a run of repairs after a bad inspection never change the number you budgeted.
